  @Ayo Correct. Most (if not all) programs call it Node Tool or Anchor Point Tool, etc. So people coming from other programs can relate this way.

  @pentool I think the unit issue needs fixing, but for now I would keep the redundant field. The reason for this: the modal view should contain all the settings of the tool (regardless if accessible elsewhere), and the context panel contains a subset of this (among other things). This pattern is used in other editors also.

  @VectorStyler The update 1.1.095 is much better now with importing PDF file. There are still a few bugs and I will try to clarify these in the next few weeks.

  @pentool I think this is more like a usability issue. In this case, there is no grid in the new document so it cannot be shown (maybe it should create a default one when show grid is enabled). A grid can be created using the Grid panel menu Create... commands Also, in the Grid panel menu there is a Select Grid submenu, that can be used to select the active edited grid in the panel.
