@Raven Added this to the backlog. Looks the there is a problem with the scaling center.

@VectorStyler i do not use a high DPI screen therefore I have never heard of such a possibility but will have a look around

@Boldline That document settings changes the grid color only. Currently, the grid visibility is not persistent to the next new document, but it has been in the past. Which means, that a visible Grid mode is stored in the settings.xml files and it is always on. The only way to turn it off for default is to start with the new settings file (or remove from an existing one, but there is no UI for that).

@William-Kansepa Thanks. Maybe 'Embed Linked File' is the right word for this instead of 'Expand'. Besides that, it should help both AI and AD users make the connection. (I'm also not sure the Styles menu is the right location for it)

@b77 I set the workspace back to the default and the selection counter resumed working properly. I'll send you the workspace file @VectorStyler

@Igull The problem can be replicated. It is caused by the corner handles that were enabled for the transform tool. Will be fixed.

Of course, that's why we are here I know that .wmf works in this way from the time I worked professionally and had to somehow import the strangest file formats into Corel Draw for further processing

@Raven One possibility for different types of live editing effects in VS, which I often use, is to use clones! There are other ways (symbols, references) but I find clones the easiest. Unfortunately it is not possible to explain in short whats all possible in this way. But I put already some stuff together, which I wanted to show in the tutorial section. ( will notify you then) In the meantime, create any object and duplicate it with Menu "Object > Transform > Transform". Choose "Clone" in the drop down menu, play with the settings. Edit the Original in some way to see changes. [image: 1674458809374-transform.png] Its also possible to "select only the Clones or the "original" by use: Menu > "Select > Object Options > Cloned Objects" which is the Original Menu > "Select > Object Options > Clone Objects" wich are the Clones And take a look at the Picker Tools too Style Picker and Shape Picker and play with them on a Original change the Style or the choose another Shape (the Clones will follow) [image: 1674458836398-picker-tools.png] Can recommend to use the Search Function of the Forum.
