Tab Stop is not working.

Although the Tab keys are pressed before the numbers, "Tab Stop" does not work properly. It needs to be revised. I am attaching the document.

@hbalcic I have to test this. Trere is also the issue of alignment to the tab stops.

Most of these issues were just small regressions (other changes causing bugs) that could be fixed with a simple change.
For example: the drop caps view was not connected to the actual values due to the misspelling of a single word in resources.
