"Keep Locked with Artboard" issue

Great having the "Keep Locked with Artboard" issue addressed:
I've had to revert to saved file a few times, when moving or duplicating an artboard with a locked object on it - it sent objects flying around with no undo possible..!Still, when Artboards are moved by the "Arrange Artboards..." commands, any locked objects on moving Artboards are left in place regardless of the setting.
