Suggestion: could numeric values in ALL fields be changed by the mouse wheel?

Mouse scrolling for changing values doesn't work in:
- context panel
- CMYK, HSB etc. values in color panel

restricted by design.
CMYK, HSB etc. values in color panel
I have to check why this happens (could be also by design to restrict accidental changes).
