Regression. Panel Vertical Size

MacBlook Air: A1466 / macOS 10.15.7When multiple panels are glued and docked vertically, they cannot be dragged to change the vertical size individually.

@861475_VctSt Yes, there is some problem on Mac (seems to be working on Windows).
What happens is that the cursor is not always shown.
If you hover just a bit above the bottom of a panel (with an other panel below), and press the mouse, the it should start resizing even if the cursor is not showing it.

I posted a duplicate subject post.
@pentool covered the main points better, so let's use that as the main line.
So all I have to do is push, drag where the pointer area blinks for a moment.
