Link File shortcut broken

The Link File shortcut Control+Alt+I is broken in the latest build.

The problem is still there in VectorStyler 1.1.088.

Seems to be working on Windows 10, but I just tested with Windows 11 and it is still broken.
I will try to fix this ASAP.

@William-Kansepa Uploaded a fix for this, but it is not an update so a manual uninstall / install is needed.
