Strange behavior of outline coloring mode in Color panel

I have some strange behavior of outline (stroke) color indicator in Color panel. It doesn't show selected color properly.
Fill color indicator seems to work well.I must admit that I played with modifier keys (shift, control and alt) while clicking on "select fill and outline coloring modes" indicators and on "swap fill and outline styles" double arrow.
Tried restarting VS and new document - no success.

@Harry From the recording it is not clear what could cause this. Clearly, the stroke indicator should update.
It could be also caused by some of the other open panels.
I open a bug on this one, but if you have more info, please let me know.

You were right. Now I remember that problems occurred after I enabled Glyphs, Character and Paragraph panels. But after turning off all the panels and enabling they manually, stroke indicator works fine.
Problem starts after loading saved workspace from file.
I'll send the workspace file that caused problems via email.
