Rotate with track pad

In preferences, I have "rotate with track pad" checked but it doesn't work on my laptop.

@SJStalter I have to check on Windows. For now this works with magic track pad gestures on mac.

ok thanks. Would be convenient to have it on Windows but I can also use the rotate tool.
