Annoying highlight in drop down list and menu

This happen quite often in drop down list and menu, hovering over highlight the list.

I can confirm, running on Win 11, VS 1.1.038, I have similar issues after a prolonged session.My issue happens like @Jayanta-Das shows in his video, as well as the right-click menu "blows up" like this:

On a side note:
I'm not running Windows 11 - but even on the mac, there are certain issues (not necessarily this one in particular) tat seem to pop up after extended session of VS use. Those are the ones that are hard to show and send over for replication.
