@Jayanta-Das Replicated. The stroke profile seems to be wrong.
Select the solid Profile the Stroke panel.

@vectoradmin Stroke profile revert to none after painting with the brush.

@vectoradmin With the latest update I can paint with Pressure ON and I can change stroke also but still Brush Pressure not working.

@Jayanta-Das Are you using the Brush Pressure with a tablet?
There is an open issue that with some tablets, pressure is not detected on Windows 11.
