Bug: Modifier Keys while Resizing with Pen Tablet displays wireframe mode instead when Windows Ink is activated

Hi,

I can't have center based transform tool when I am using my tablet with simple tip press (which should be equivalent to left click),
pressing CTRL just make wireframe instead...
Here is comparison with mouse, and tablet, while pressing CTRL jey.

This happens when Windows Ink is active only (which is my default)

What is the type of the tablet you are using?
