History Panel Improvement
-
I noticed when I am referencing the history panel, that if I do a number of steps, and then jump back to a much earlier state in the history and do a different action, that new action affects the design at that earlier spot, but the description is listed at the bottom of the entire history panel. If I undo that action, it still remains at the bottom of the history panel and the earlier spot is highlighted again.
I'm wondering if this is causing some confusion when I am trying to merge or union something for example, and it does not work as planned, so I undo it and try again, and it looks like I've hit "merge" multiple times? Should I be choosing to purge the history from that spot? Should that be default? Or should undo's be color coded as red or with an asterisk, to show they occurred but retracted?

@Boldline The History panel shows a flattened list of alternate histories (sometimes when redoing an undo, there are multiple possible choices).
The UX of this needs to be improved of course, the flattened list is not a good way to represent alternate histories.
And, it may also cause confusion of undoing and then applying some other action.
