Issue with Formation Points and Formation Extra Points dialog

    Cannot delete 50% from Formation Points and Formation Extra Points dialog. In addition, in some cases 0% shows up twice.

    @pentool When editing a number, the highlighted item in the list is changed.
    To edit a number of a new item, first deselect in the list.

    TL;DR:
    The OK button should not function as adding the value in the Location field to the list. The plus icon should do that (up next to the Location field). Currently the OK button adds the number in the Location field to the list, which it should not. (And this goes for all related dialogs.)

    Maybe I didn't explain it well initially, so here is a more elaborate explanation.

    1. Start a new document in which case the Formation Points dialog (and all other Formation... dialogs) will contain their default values.
    2. Bring up the Formation Points dialog. It will contain the default values of -100%, 0%, 50%, 100%, -200%.
    3. Delete all default values. After you delete all values, the value "-200%" (the last deleted value) will be in the Location field.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Reopen the dialog. Because -200% was in the Location field and you pressed OK, this value was added back to the list.
    6. Delete the -200%.
    7. Type 0% into the Location field and press OK. When you reopen the dialog, 0% will be there because whatever value is in the Location field, that value will be added to the list.
    8. Now input 15% into the Location field and click OK. Now here comes the problem...
    9. Reopen the dialog. There will be 0% and 15% in the list. Delete the 15% so only 0% will remain in the list.

    The question is, what do you do next?

    If you press OK, since 15% is showing in the location field, that 15% will be added back to the list. But the goal was to remove it.

    If you click Cancel, then you basically did not remove the 15% so when you reopen the dialog you will end up with 0% and 15% again.

    If you delete the 15% from the Location field (so there's nothing) and click OK, when you reopen the dialog the 15% is still added back in.

    If, instead of leaving the Location field empty, you enter 0% and click OK, next time you open the dialog you end up with 0% and 0%.

    So either way you looking at it, it doesn't work correctly because you either end up with the previous value added back into the list, or you end up with multiple zeros in the list.
