Multiple nodes cannot be moved when selected by SHIFT but can if you drag-select them

    1. Create a shape (eg rectangle)
    2. Turn it into curve.
    3. Select the Node Tool (aka Shape Editor).
    4. SHIFT select 2 or 3 nodes.
    5. Now try to move them. Only the node moves that you clicked on despite multiple nodes are selected.
    6. Click on the artboard to deselect all nodes.
    7. Drag-select a few nodes.
    8. Click on any node to move the selected nodes. Now they all move.

    @pentool Could not replicate this.
When hovering over the selected node, the cursor should change into a large arrow with a dot.

  • @pentool Cannot replicate it here.

I would send the Prefs files to the developer, just in case it's something related to some setting there:

    • switch to the Finder

    • click the 'Go' menu > Go to Folder…

    • paste this: ~/Library/Application Support/NumericPath/VectorStyler1.0/vector/data/resources

    • press Enter/Return.

    • copy these two files (settings.xml and workspace.xml) somewhere else.

Then you can reset the app to default by holding down Command-Shift-Option when starting the app.

If the issue is solved, send the .xml files to the developer's email (csraba at this domain).

  • @b77 Thanks, email sent.
