Stroke Width Tool Malfunction
-
I was just getting around to writing a post about the problems with Stroke Width Tool.
Yesterday I couldn't get hold of the initial handle at all .
I am also having problems today. The handles are not responding, instead the areas next to them are active.
It is difficult to expand the handle from the minimum position. Maybe they should have some offset?At the moment I wanted to record the problem, but after switching to the VS window the problem disappeared.
I will add a video when I manage to reproduce the problem

@encart Can you upload the example, where it is difficult to start out with the width tool?
This might be a bug that depends on the shape.

@newcomer There are some problems reported with the stroke width tool, I will try to replicate this also.

I think I need to explain, I am not a developer, just a user like you.
@VectorStyler is the developer, it's a little easier for him
if he can see from the signature which operating system
someone is using

Still can't find the source of the issue, but this this time the handles stopped responding after clicking the middle point.
Before that I had situation when extending left handle was increasing stroke as expected, but extending the right one resulted in a reduction of stroke. After a few attempts back to normal.

@encart Got it, thanks!

@VectorStyler A dot instead of a line is displayed under the cursor. Just like for the middle point. It looks like the handles are treated like the one in the middle.
