[win10] Shape effect (warp) -> Convert to mesh -> Crash

I first ran into this with the warp (sponge) but it also does it on arc, and probably others.
Fully reproducible: add ellipse, add warp, convert to mesh, crash.

@syllie Using your steps, I replicated it on a mac as well. VS crashed immediately.
