Immediate crash when opening any .vstyler file

    Hello,

    I'm currently using the trial version (1.1.064) on macOS (12.6). Every time I open any .vstyler file, the app crashes immediately. If the app is not open, it will launch and then crash. I'm experiencing this with heavy files that have lots of links, as well as light files with a single shape or image.

    I'd like to explore the software more, but I need to be able to save my files and re-open them, obviously. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?

  • @Beardmancer sorry you are dealing with that. Are you filling in the crash reports?

    @Beardmancer I got the crash reports. It looks like it has problem reading the image stored in the file.

    Could you send me the file by email, or a link to it. (will be kept confidential, and removed after the issue is fixed).
    I will try to recover the file and identify the error.

    Is it crashing with other files?
