Oh wow. That is helpful. Before I asked here at the forum I checked all the tools / filters / brushes but didn't come up on double clicking the icon. I don't know how Adobe is doing right now, but Macromedia Freehand and Fireworks had a little indicator within the tool icon where you could double click it when there was a "options"-menu available to be opened. maybe a suggestion for the toolbox-face-lift? Once again: thank you a lot for that support. It was such a time saver!!!

@b77 @vectoradmin Not sure what happened and why your first screenshot was different. The following resources I uploaded in my first post may not be for Mac. In particular, the ".ico" extension is for Win. /Applications/VectorStyler.app/Contents/vector/data/resources/appicon.png /Applications/VectorStyler.app/Contents/vector/data/resources/appicon.ico I found ".ics" in another directory. This seems to be the resource for Mac. /Applications/VectorStyler.app/Contents/Resources/AppIcon.icns There are 10 images in "AppIcon.icns". I exported the 144DPI, 1024x1024 image from this one. (fig) [image: 1628486588046-an_icon-resized.png] Anyway, can you confirm you downloaded and tested with the .icns file I sent via forum chat? I DL'd it from Dropbox. This is a VS resource. This is the same as your image. The difference is that yours is a screenshot image (1012x1047). Mine is a resource image. Improvement Case Below 72DPI 128x128, false colors occur in relation to the background. Two suggestions for improvement are as follows Make the blur of the corner R frame a solid color stroke. Eliminate the dot pattern.

I second the request for 3D text effects at some point in the future. Obviously, the primary goal is to get all the bread and butter features ironed out in this beta. I don't know if "Art Text 4"offers vector output or not. From the videos it appears to be raster only. Illustrator's 3D tool works, but I always end up needing to fix issues with the effect after I use the tool. I'm still using Illustrator CS6, so if it's better in CC I'm unaware. I'm glad you brought up the topic @michaelokraj and I'm also glad to hear it's on the VS roadmap!

Additional fixes to the zoom tool are available with build 190. This should fix the broken zoom animation.

What an improvment. I just tested a flow with some basic adjustments opening the menus: it is so much better (for the eye and also the nerves). THANK YOU very much!

That is the BEST customer service there is Thank you. Now it not only looks great but also you don't get the finder menu bar coming at you everytime you get to the top edge of the screen.

@lenogre it could be that your mac does not support Metal. Are you running on Sierra? If so, select OpenCL for compute engine in the Preferences -> Performance section.
