Behavior of the tools-cursor after use

Some creative / form tools (here is an example with the shape tool) are not behaving correctly:
https://cln.sh/qzVZdOAfter drawing a shape, the cursor changes while I am still having the tool selected. As you see in the demo, the tool changes to the select tool.
As you see, the tool changes always to the correct one when selected again from the tool strip, but after the use it stays the select tool.
I am using macOS 11.4 (20F71)

@michaelokraj I can confirm that this can be replicated. I added it to the backlog as a bug.
The cursor will stay correct only if moved outside and then inside the view again.
