Crops / Printer's Marks not showing in Print to File

Cannot get crops and printer's marks other than color bars to show up in Print to file (PDF). Tried as current Selection as well as specific artboard. Also cannot deselect any of the individual printer's marks (Bleed, Reg, etc)

The printing mark (and selection) bugs should be fixed in build 156
