Bring Forward/Backward Shortcut doesn't work with text

I want to bring the text forward by using CTRL+UP while I'm using transform tool but than font size increase . Possible to make it by using Object>Arrange>Bring forward. It looks like the program stays in text mode even while I'm using transform tool.
It works properly for shapes.

@encart Yes, this is by design. The text contextual shortcuts become active when text shape is selected. Maybe it is not the best choice, will change it.

@encart The bring forward (and other) while text is selected, shortcut issue has been fixed in build 1.0.027
