Toolbox Tool Icon “Hovering” pop-up descriptions/"tool tip" not showing/changing properly .
When you hover your cursor over the viewable first Icon (I’ll call it the default one) in a Toolbox “tool group”, the pop-up shows a “tool tip” description. The hovering pop-up "tool tips" are showing correctly here.
If you click and drag to the right to expose all the other “hidden” tool icons in that group, and hover over any one of them, the proper "tool tip" for the respective icon is shown.
If you click and drag to the right to expose all the other “hidden” tool icons in that group and click on one to select it, that one now becomes the “viewable” tool icon after the expanded Tool Group collapses. When hovering over the newly viewable tool icon, now residing in the default first position, the pop-ups "tool tip" is showing incorrectly. Instead of showing the active viewable tool icons "tool tip", It still shows the “original” first position default icons "tool tip".
For example. The Shape Builder Icon is the Default first and viewable listing in its group. If you click and drag to the right, then click on the Shape Paint Icon, it now occupies the viewable first position in the Toolbox, but when hovering over it, the pop-up still shows the "tool tip" for the Shape Builder Tool.
ALL the other tool “groups” have the same problem. The pop-up when hovering always shows the "tool tip" of the default icon from that group, not the currently selected and viewable one showing after the tool group has collapsed.
