When you press the delete key in the numerical input dialog box and then press the Enter key, the value is not 0 but remains the original value.

@monsterfox Yes, this is by design. I will review it if it can be changed,

@monsterfox I checked with other apps also (including Apple), and deleting and confirming a field always returns to the value before deletion. So I will keep this as it is for now.
