Activation of Boolean operations
-
Hello,
am i the only one with this issue: by hovering over the icons of the boolean-operations, they are activated instead - i don't have to do a mouse-click? No previewing is possible.
I think there is a regression in this behaviour.
I am working with VS 1.1.068 on an iMac with Ventura 13.01Greetings

@Wurstkäs Preferences -> Document Editor -> Preview Shape Combine
When enabled, hovering over those buttons will "preview" the shape operation (moving away, will discard this preview).
It should be disabled by default, probably was enabled at some point.

@VectorStyler Thank You! I dont found this point in the preferences - i did'nt know where to look.
But there is still a point, i don't understand: when i move away with the mouse, it should be discarded, but it isn't. The operation is done - not only a preview.Greetings

can confirm this behavior described by @Wurstkäs
if Preferences -> Document Editor -> Combine Preview Form is set
and you move over a boolean icon VS creates a Boolean instead
(no click is necessary, just hover over it)
and doesnt show a previewyou can only prevent this by disable the boolean preview
seems like regression to me

@Subpath Hello Subpath,
thank you for testing!
Greetings

@Wurstkäs It's a bug in version 1.1.068 that has been reported already, and the solution is to disable 'Preview Shape Combine' for now, to avoid this.
