Stroke added to an expanded/united offset path causes sections to disappear temporarily, based on level of zoom

I know we've spoken about this issue a while back, it reoccurred for me today.
The issue specifically here is with the stroke itself, not the offset path results. When I remove the path, the offset path expanded result has no issue when zoomed in and out.

@Boldline I could not find the dark stroke in the attached file.

@vectoradmin sorry i think i removed it to test without and forgot to add it back on. let me try that and re-upload it
