Language menu is unusable

I'm not sure if you're working on it, but the language menu on Windows is unusable.
It is shown at the left side on the window which is the opposite side of the character pallet.I mentioned it in this topic before.

@ash-f Yes, this issue is till open, try to fix it while in 1.1 beta
