Option key to flip pull down guide not working for me

The option key modifier to flip the axis of a guideline as you pull it down or over is not working for me despite a reset and restarting VS - is it an issue for anyone else?

@Boldline I can confirm that this is a regression and it can be replicated. Will be fixed in the next build.
