No splash screen in build 1.1.010

Testing new build 1.1.010. For far smooth context menu seems much improve. But there is no splash screen. Will report other issue if found.

@Jayanta-Das Looks like the windows build is missing the image.

@vectoradmin Ok. I fix it by copying splash screen png from the previous build.
