@VectorStyler The Windows installer for version 1.3.019 is over 32MB larger than version 1.3.018, whereas the macOS installer size remains roughly the same. What is the reason for this?
-
@Li-Xiao The new NVidia CUDA redistributable (version 13.2) is 92 megabytes.
The previous version 10.2 was only 15 megabytes.
Why this difference is not clear, but this is needed to run CUDA code -
@VectorStyler Thank you! Great fixes and improvements.
EPS file is working now. Angle constrain mode in drop shadow is a helpful addition. Love the ability to now copy settings from the appearance panel to another shape so quickly and easily! Thank you as well for making it easier to merge down a design that may have hidden empty text frames

Just thinking about it, some of these minor updates would easily be passed as a major update in Affinity. It did give me a chuckle. The continued work that is going into this project is astonishing, honestly.

@vectorstyler thanks for these quality updates.
question : is "Fixed a bug in SVG exporting with units" linked to this issue : https://www.vectorstyler.com/forum/topic/5781/copy-paste-between-vs-and-other-applications?_=1779562030212 ?
If yes, I just tested and I am still seeing the issue.
if no, I'll just be patient
-
@EricP No this was a different issue.
I was unable to replicate the copy pasting issue, will try it again

@VectorStyler I tested again with VectorStyler 1.3.019 and macOS Tahoe 26.5 (25F71), but GPU Preview still crashes on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro.
I noticed the release notes mention “Do not use multiple sampling while dragging objects in GPU preview mode”, but in my case the crash happens when enabling GPU Preview itself, so the issue still seems to continue on my system.
