Duplicate (Ctrl+D) only works once. (Windows)

Hi,
In the latest beta, the duplicate command only works once; then it just places duplicates on top of eachother.
To replicate: make any shape, translate/rotate it with Shift+Alt), then Ctrl+D to duplicate. The shape correctly duplicates with the translation/rotation component. However, each consecutive repeat just places the duplicate on top of the first duplicate.
