Replacing color of layer color guide seemingly not working

I was testing to see if I replaced the color of the layer color guide in the "replace color" panel, if the preview inside the panel would work and show the changed color and then also after confirming the changes and the color did not update.
I tried it with and without spot colors and it did not work in either way.

@Boldline After some tests, it seems that the extra color in the replace color did not come from the layer color, but from some other attribute. This is most likely a style, or an other attribute of a selected object.
The layer color is an indicator color and should not be shown or replaced by color filters.
