[Toolbox]Custom shortcuts may change active tool in tool-groups when they are duplicated.

I created custom shortcut to Character Tool in the Toolbox , but every use cause change in group with text tools. The original shortcut have to be deleted and then the problem is solved. I just wanted to mention this behavior to you.

@encart Looks like a bug in the shortcut editor, it should now leave duplicate shortcuts.
