Crossing Gap did not work well with Dashed Lines

As the title says, I may have unusual user scenarios,
but I found that a path with dashes gets a bit messed up
when a crossing gap shape effect is usedI gave a path an outline shape effect here and
put dashes and a crossing gap shape effect on itHere is the result
