One-time error. Impossible to duplicate/ copy object in any way ( empty layer). App crashed.

I had situation right now, were i wanted to duplicate object by alt+drag. The result is only empty layer. Same situation with CTRL+D Objects on empty layers appeared right after I deleted last created one. Combination CTRL+C, CTRL+V doesn't worked at all - nothing. App crashed. I can't reproduce that bug.

@encart I will try to replicate, there was a regression in duplication in version 1.0.022 and 23.
