History - bug ?

When I'm testing various features, I like to clean up the history at some point. I don't always understand the logic though.
For example, the ability to delete from a step is not always possible:

Nothing happens even though the option seems to work,

@Pat Not sure what could cause this. The history is a tree structure, but it is shown in a list and some items are leaf nodes, this might cause some issues.
Send me a file with this case and I will try to replicate the issue.
