Fresh Install Error

While trying fresh install I got this error. Any help?

@Jayanta-Das It tried a fresh install on Windows 10 with the current downloaded msi and it seems to be working.
When installing VS with the MSI installer, there is a possibility to set the app path.
Was this changed?Also: was there a VS installed previously there, if so remove using the Windows Settings

@VectorStyler I didn't change anything (path), keep everything default. Yes there was previously installed VS, for some reason the launcher shorcut was not showing in app list in windows start. So, I thought installing VS again over the previously installed will fixed this. Also tried after uninstalling the previously installed, same error shows.
