Anchor Point tool does not seem to work at all in build 26

I just updated to the new build 26, and the anchor point tool seems to be not working properly. Here is a video showing my attempts to use the anchor point tool - and then I purposely made a cusp node using the "L" key twice and attempted to pull out a handle using the anchor point tool without success as well.
