Multiple Panel Window Confusing UI

When multiple Panels are docked in the same window, the selected panel is brighter than the unselected, confusing the user, because the overall color of the app is darker making it look like the selected panel is unselected.
As you can see in the image it looks like the Appearance panel is selected, even though it's the Transparency one.
Also the tabs are not aligned fully left.

Yes, this is a UI styling issue. Will be fixed.
