This is generel upload spec information provided by a Danish printing service (https://lasertryk.dk/downloads). Can you tell how to load the mentioned “SPG 2020.joboptions” into VS?

This cannot be loaded into VS. These are Adobe PDF Distiller specific options.
The only thing that can be done is to set the printing options as close as possible and save that as a preset.
