Stretched side panels

If VS is left idle for a couple hours, the side panels intermittently get stretched. This challenge goes back from the previous two or three versions.

@William-Kansepa Is the Windows screen scaled in the Windows Display settings?
And if left idle, will the computer set to sleep?
I will try to replicate this as close as possible.

No, because I am working with other applications on the same computer.
