A small bug in the Drop Shadow

When the Shadow is set to Block, setting some parameter values for the Perspective Shadow's End Scale and Start Scale can lead to uncontrollable issues.

The perspective block shadow works well on shapes, but it's still struggling with text. it needs some improve. -
