could Shift-Command-V and Shift-Command-B be set up to do the opposite of what the "paste keeps position" is checked for? So the default for VS is currently paste in center view and Shift-Command-V and Shift-Command-B paste in place respectively. I'd more in a situation where I would usually want the "paste keeps position" active and occasionally paste in center. For those rate times, I would like to use the keyboard shortcut so I don't have to go change it in settings each time.

Thank you for this!
As of the 1.2.083 version, I can feel significant improvement in drawing by stylus. I have the best results with Windows Ink enabled and "Use Tablet Driver" in VS disabled.Tooltips are still missing when you hover over the icons with the stylus, though.

I tried to replicate this. Both with "Use Tablet Driver" and without.
The tooltips are working, but are sensitive to the stylus movement and if moved they will not show.
One solution is to reduce the tooltip delay in Settings -> User Interface to 0.1 secs
