Additional function for extend tool


  • I love the extend tool and how it works with paths. Is there a way to have it work with a shape? If I selected a node of a closed shape, could I pull it in the general direction and have it continue? Or if I grab two end nodes of a closed shape, could they each continue and be extended based on the their respective trajectories?

    @Boldline The extending part of the tool can only work for open shapes, so you have to open the path first (with the Node tool).
