@Raaskot Just realized that this could be done with a blend.
Delete the segment at the endings, break apart into 2 curves, reverse one of them to align and the create a 1-step blend.

I think what he needs is the function I mentioned before. This function is still very useful and I hope it can be added.

Agree, but if the object is closed, meaning hollow (like ie. o's or b's), and more complex, like a freehand drawing, it's too complicated to perform this.
