Cursor direction in text

Hello friends,
When we select all or part of the text, the cursor should go to the beginning of the text when we press the Left Arrow or Up Arrow key from the keyboard.
Pressing the Right Arrow or Down Arrow key should move the cursor to the far right of the selected text.
At the moment, pressing the left arrow or up arrow key does nothing.
Pressing the Right Arrow or Down Arrow key, on the contrary, moves the cursor to the beginning of the text.Yours sincerely,
