Crash when editing gradient style color - UPDATE!

  • ===== UPDATE =====
    I added this update section after I reported this bug.
    Please check everything in the Gradient Editor dialog box when editing a Gradient Style.
    In the video, watch it up to 0:44. At that point the Gradient Style dialog box is showing. When you change ANY value in that window while the "Preview" checkbox is checked, the application will crash after you close the dialog.
    ========= ========

    1. Create a Gradient Style.
    2. Edit it.
    3. When editing, make sure the "Preview" checkbox is checked.
    4. Change one of the gradient stop color.
    5. Click OK - crash.

    I sent zillions of crash reports because I kept forgeting what I did that made the crash. Took me a while to figure it out. It's the "Preview" checkbox! You have to enable "Preview" in the gradient editing window! If it's not enabled, it won't crash.

    VS 1.2.041

    At one point the crash was so severe that it put my Mac to a complete and immediate shut down without any notice. BANG! First I thought we lost electricity, but I have a laptop and the battery should've kept the laptop going. Then I realized my Mac just got a heart attack. Not sure what was the culprit. I was screen recording VS, plus I had a wireless headphone with some music going on using QuickTime playa as well. Altough this is what I usually do, this time there was some huge conflict somewhere.

    @pentool Yes, seems that this kind of case was not fixed.
