While I was saving a file, the computer suddenly lost power. Will the file be damaged?

If the file was not closed before the power was out, then yes.
Also: sometimes the OS (Windows) needs to actually write out the file data from memory caches.

If you have issues opening the file, please send it to me by email, and I will try to recover it (if possible).

@VectorStyler At present, there is no such thing as a VS file. I have been using Freehand for many years and often encounter this situation, so I am worried about it.
