Offset tool shows a lot of history records

When using the path offset tool, dozens of history records appear before the hand is released, it should be optimized.

@monsterfox I could not replicate this. Was there multiple history records shows for a single press+drag+release of the offset?
Here I get one record per press+drag+release.
