Make empty Layers clearer
-
I have a simple request. Can the arrow be removed when a Layer is empty so that it reads more like a stub of sorts? It's always disappointing to click open a Layer only to find nothing is actually in it.
(See below: Layer 1)

I actually like having the arrow there lol. but what if the arrow was an outline when the folder is empty and a solid fill when it's got content? just an idea

@Boldline Yes, something like that would be ideal. A simpler change could be to "grey out" the arrow itself and make it inactive (non-responsive to click events).

@debraspicher I added this to the backlog. The arrow has to stay to indicate that there is a content (even if empty) inside the object.
This is not just for layers, but if you drag an object into an other and then drag it out, it will result in an object with an empty content (Group item will show up in the Appearance panel).
